In a rare development, Gujarat government’s weekly cabinet meeting will not be held this week.

Gujarat government’s cabinet meeting is held every Wednesday, but this week, as most of the ministers are on tour for canvasing of 2nd June by-polls, the cabinet meeting has been canceled.

When asked, the 2nd senior most minister Nitinbhai Patel said that Saurabhbhai Patel is going to attend a seminar of central government, and other ministers are busy at various places across the state. In view of this the meeting has been canceled.
