Tourism: Kutch Rann Utsav from December 11th to13th

According to highly placed sources in Government of Gujarat’s Tourism Ministry, Annual Rann Utsav dates are fixed. Rann Utsav will be held from December 11th to 13th this year. According to information available, Tented residual facilities will be set up at Dhordo in Rann of Kutch. A cultural fair will be organized in Dhrobana located at foothills of Kalo Dungar(Black hills). There are unconfirmed reports that state level Chintan Shibir(brain storming session) for some 300 bureaucrats will be held before Rann Utsav in Kutch from 8th to 10 December.
Kutch’s Rann Utsav is one of the best brand floated by Gujarat tourism. walking in white salty Rann of Kutch in the full moon night, visit to India-Pakistan international border, Newly declared protected wetland Chhari Dhand, India’s western most point Lakhpat fort, Handicraft villages, ethnic culture, Kutchi music, Gujarat’s oldest museum at Bhuj, watching Rann of Kutch from top of the Kutch’s tallest Kalo Dungar, Foxes offered food by saint, visit to Mandvi’s traditional ship making industry, Mandvi beach, visit to palaces etc. can be experienced in Kutch Rann Utsav.

No body have ever take care of Kutch. Only BJP under Mr. Modi, each and every corner of our state is vibrating with progress.

Congress should be out of country along with their imported leader Mrs Sonia Gandhi (this gandhi family has no connection with Mahatma Gandhi family, they just use this surname to take political benefit)

Really development for kutch started from modi government only,but lots of thing that government have to do.(1)complete fencing of border inas early as possibble(2) give special status to kutch because it cover copmlete border(3)give special icard those who r basically residence of kutch(4)no body can directly purchase direct land in kutch(5)built maximum 4 lane road,develop railway track,development of lakhpat,koteshwar,mata no madh,increase jungle area like isreal in desert.give amaximum job to kutch people up to 80%.development of kalo dunger.make spy network powerful inall the 905 villeges of kutch.

Please provide details of how one can plan a trip to Kutch to cover places of interest, where inner line permit is required, road condition, fuel availability, places to night halt etc etc.
