Tourists visiting Kutch’s Rann Utsav 2008 bought and consumed Kutch’s Banni area’s local food variety ‘fresh sweet mavo’ worth Rs. 2 lakh. Kutchi Mavo made from boiled milk is Banni area’s local breakfast item. Banni area has presence of more cattle than human beings.
