Video above is about Panto and Jesal, two cartoon puppet characters developed by French. These characters can fly with a kite in sky but only in strong winds, usually on sea shores. In Ahmedabad’s Shahibag stadium international kite festival, these puppets just walked on surface, but created great fun.
