Major traffic diversions on North Gujarat highways announced

Mehsana’s Aditional District Magistrate D.R.Patel has ordered diversion of traffic on north Gujarat highways during 28 November to 2 December in view of Umiya Mataji 18’th Shatabdi Rajat Jayanti Mahotsav.

Following are the details of traffic diversion:

-Commercial vehicles to Palanpur from Ahmedabad will be diverted from Palavasna circle to Mitha chokdi, Maguna, Motap chokdi to Motap village, Dhinoj to Chanasma, Patan, Runi, Khali char rasta to Sidhpur and then to Palanpur.

-Commercial vehicles from Palanpur to Ahmedabad will be diverted from Khali cross road to Kheralu, Vadnagar, Visnagar, Mehsana, Manav Ashram chokdi to Rampura chokdi to Palavasna circle and then to Ahmedabad.

-Passenger buses, pilgrim buses and pilgrim vehicles are allowed to use National highway no.8.

-Visnagar to Unjha Mahotsav vehicles and routine vehicles will go from Visnagar to Kansa, Valam three roads, Valam village , Vadu, Bhandu village and then to Unjha-Umnagar. Passanger buses are included in routine vehicles category.

-Visnagar to Unjha road will remain open for pilgrim vehicles however such vehicles will not be allowed to go beyond Kevaleshwar Mahadev.

-Vehicles from Unjha-Umanagar to Visnagar and routine vehicles will be diverted from Aithor pick-up bus-stand to Aithor village, Tarabh, Khandosan, Valam and then to Visnagar.
