Gujarat High Court quashes FIR against Kuldeep Sharna

Gujarat High court on Tuesday quashed FIR lodged against Gujarat IPS officer Kuldeep Sharma in connection with 1984 Kutch encounter case.
Gujarat police CID Crime SIT is investigating the encounter case.
This is major blow to state government, which now may open another encounter case against Sharma, possibly Surat’s Asif Amdavadi encounter case.
