Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) will become the first civic body in Gujarat to introduce property tax collection through mobile phones after joining hands with Atom Technologies.
Property tax contributes the largest share of our total daily collections at RMC.
“We are also sure of improving our collections and reducing the overhead costs involved by facilitating property collection through atom’s payment platform,” RMC commissioner Ajay Bhadoo was quoted as saying in a release issued here.
