Narendra Modi made Chairman of Campaign Committee of BJP(video)

BJP national president Rajnath Singh in his address to BJP national executive meet at Goa today afternoon at around 2.00 pm announced Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi as Chairman of BJP campaign committee. Rajnath Singh called Narendra Modi to stage and both leaders shared stage for some time. The mood inside the hall was jubilant. All national executive members stood up, and gave standing ovation.
With this, the year 2014 Lok Sabha polls are now all set to look like a battle between Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi. Rahul Gandhi has been assigned campaign task of Congress party a few months back.
Addressing a press conference outside the Marriott hotel in Goa where party executive meeting was held, Rajnath Singh who was sitting with Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley, Venkaiya Naidu and Manohar Parikar said, “every political party considers election as a challenge, and BJP too believes it’s a challenge, and we are determined to get victory. Keeping in mind the entire election campaign, today I have announced Narendra Modi as campaign committee chairman. Whatever decision has been taken, it has been taken unanimously.”
BJP cadre celebrated the occasion by bursting crackers, dancing with his cut-out in hand, and playing traditional band outside the hotel.
