Rajkot: The A Division Police in the city have arrested nine individuals, including the trustee of Nawab Mosque in the Danapith area, in connection with the eviction of long-standing rental shops located next to the mosque in the name of the Waqf Board.

The incident occurred on December 31st, when Virendrabhai Kalyanjibhai Kotecha (72), who operated a Mandap Services shop, was sitting on the porch of his nephew’s shop.
