Gujarat High Court rejects plea of Gujarat passport agents against Passport Seva Kendra

Gujarat High Court today rejected a plea of Passport agents against newly opened Passport Seva Kendras. It should be mentioned that after making Passport Seva Kendras functional with TCS, the External Affairs Ministry has taken a decision not to allow passport agents. The agents approached the High Court against this decision citing employment reasons, however their appeal was turned down today in court.
