Dragging CM’s family to create rumors highly deplorable, action being taken: Sanghavi
September 17, 2024
Gandhinagar: Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghavi today refuted the rumors circulating on social media and in some news reports regarding CM Bhupendra Patel taking a month-long leave to go to the US. The MoS stated that strict legal action will be taken against those who have spread this baseless rumor.
While addressing the media, Sanghavi said, “CM is working day and night for the people of Gujarat. In between office and travel, he works shoulder to shoulder with the people of Gujarat. Some people have engaged in this ridiculous act, and they should be ashamed for stooping to such a low level of politics that they would link any person’s family to it. This highly offensive and fake message has gone viral, and we are monitoring those who have made this attempt. Notices have already been sent to some, and legal action will definitely be taken against those who have spread this rumor without any basis.”
There have been reports going viral on social media that CM Patel is going to the United States for a month for the treatment of his son, Anuj Patel, who suffered a brain stroke last year. DeshGujarat
